Heisey #1503-1/2 Crystolite Cream and Sugar
This cream and sugar set, #1503 1/2, is easily distinguished from the main #1503 pattern by its round, closed handles.

Heisey Crystolite #1502, #1503 & #1503-1/2 produced 1938-1957. The basic design of this major pressed tableware pattern was first introduced in 1937 as Mahabar(1496) which was renamed to Rajah, then to Crystolite. Available in Crystal with a few items known in Amber and Dawn. As Heisey made use of a paper label, a number of items are not marked with the "Diamond H". A number of companies combined items to make a new item. Often seen is a candy dish with a brass top and a candle block as the finial.

Imperial Glass Corporation produced about 15 items in crystal from 1957-1961. Some of these items have the "Diamond H".
