This pattern is often confused with Cambridge's Caprice pattern. The glass quality is defintely different and the Caprice ice bucket has four small feet.
This bucket has been found in avocado and gold glass as well as crystal.
Pattern was identified from a 1978 Brockway glass catalogue found by Craig Schenning.
