Mayo was made in the 1940s according to a Butler Brothers Catalogue documented in "A Century of Indiana Glass" by Craig Schenning.
This pattern is made with and without the satin embellishment. The glass itself is very heavy and has an unusually glossy surface but no iridescence, thus the term Mirrorglas.
