This is the #1401 Empress covered lemon dish in flamingo. The Empress line was made from 1930-1938. The lemon dish was made in crystal, flamingo (shown), sahara, and moongleam. The crystal lemon dish is plain, with no optic; if there is an optic, it's #1509 Queen Ann.
The sahara lemon dish is sometimes found with Lotus's "Classic" etch. The crystal lemon dish can be found with several Heisey decorations, including the #876 "Honolulu" cutting (already in the cuttings section), and the #497 "Rosalie" etching
