New Martinsville Scalloped Rim Cheese and Cracker
According to Robert Carlson, New Martinsville did make a scalloped edge pattern that includes a center handled server as well as a cheese and cracker, and other pieces, like a mayonnaise and liner, and a console bowl and candlesticks. The line number is unknown. There is a greater number of "scallops" along the rim in this line as compared with other similar patterns, for example McKee's Scalloped Edge line.

This cutting appears to be a company decoration and has been seen on multiple pieces from this line.
