This is believed to be the #316 Cheese comport. It measures 11 1/2" in diameter and the foot is raised. It measures 3 7/8". The center is depressed and measures about 3 1/2" across.
San Toy was introduced in 1936, and can be found on a wide variety of Fenton items. It is most common in crystal, but can occasionally be found on Pink and Green pieces.
