Unknown Batter Jug
Clear Batter Pitcher/Jug with ribs and panel about 6 inches tall and 5 ? inch across the top. It is marked on the bottom with ???BER and Chicago both very faint and seem to be double stamped over or through each other. It is also may be marked with Made in the United States of America in very small, weak lettering around the outside of the center. There is another set of words on the other side but they are to small and faint to be more then tiny bumps. There is also a pair of diamonds with either two 4s or two triangles again I think a pair of duplicate marks. There is also two sets of the numbers 639. Other then the weak molding of the marks on the bottom the piece is nicely molded and there are only a few small bubbles in the glass. The owner was unable to get the markings to show in a photo.
