The Cambridge 20's catalog shows this set as part of the #14 Beverage set (missing the tray). The Decanter and Tumblers are line number 3075. The Decanters came in two sizes, 24 and 28 oz. The tumblers held 3 oz. The Decanter/Tumblers can be found in numerous transparent colors. The Decanter can be found with several Cambridge etches on it.
