Heisey's Patrician candelabrum was produced ca. 1905-1933. The base is the candlestick of the same name, which came in 5,6,7,8,9 and 11 inch sizes, as well as a "toy" size. The arms of the candelabrum are the same as those on Old Williamsburg candelabra. A.H. Heisey is listed as the designer.
The cutting shown is not a Heisey production cutting, and is most likely by a decorating company.
