It's Imperial no. 5014 Bamboo urn from their Cathay pattern. Originally introduced in 1949 in crystal satin only, some pieces in Cathay were reissued 1964-1965 in cranberry (Imperial's azalea color with satin finish). Cathay pieces, including the reissues, are difficult to find.
