Phoenix Godiva Powder Jar
This diamond shaped jar is 4-1/2 in. long and has been found in frosted green and frosted pink. Designed in 1929 by Kenneth R. Haley, who designed glass for both the Phoenix and the Consolidated glass companies. The patent was assigned to Phoenix Glass Co., where Mr. Haley worked from 1928-1934.

Godiva is a collector name, the manufacturer did not give it an official name.
