According to the knowledgeable collector, Bob Carlson, "This is a Viking sugar, part of the #959 3-pc individual sugar and cream with tray. It's shown in the Miller's catalog reprints (volume 2, p. 56) and is found with Viking's Prelude etch. The Viking sugar and cream retain the handles and the 'stepped pedestal' foot of New Martinsville's Moondrops cream and sugar, but the 'Moondrops' on the sides are gone. This color is called Evergreen and was produced circa the 1950s."
