Dean Six shows this stem in his book "West Virginia Glass Between the World Wars" in several bi-color combinations. He shows it with a ruby, cobalt, pink, and amber bowl all with a clear foot. The examples shown also have different shaped bowls and the bowls are both with and without panels.
Huntington Tumbler closed in 1932 so this stem was made prior to that time.
