Tray is 9 5/8 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches high. According to "American Iridescent Stretch Glass" by Madeley and Shetlar, the U. S. Glass tray and one by Fenton are the only two stretch glass trays made with loop handles. They state that the handle on the Fenton tray has a less angular cut out than the one on the U. S. Glass. In addition the handle on the Fenton tray connects to the collar at a much higher point.
