Per Craig Schenning: made by the Indiana Glass Company of Dunkirk, Indiana. They began making the item around 1915 or so and made it on and off for many years. However, the green color honey dish that you bought was made in the 1980s and is not considered depression glass. They actually made two color greens, a dark green they called "spruce green" and a lighter green which many collectors assume is depression glass.

They made the honey dish in many colors over the years. Milk glass in the 1950s, amber and olive green in the 1960s and 70s, and several greens, several blues, clear, frosted, pink, plum, etc...
