Per Tom Felt: "They describe this treatment as follows: "Confetti colors are created by a 'Glass on Glass' application in six new colors: Apple, Bilberry, Juniper, Lemon, Orange and Plum." Note that they identify the stemware as Mount Vernon. They must have obtained the Cambridge mold after Imperial went out of business. Since Dalzell went out of business in July 1998, the line was only offered for 2 years or less. It is also intriguing to note that they did a similar treatment on Candlewick."
