Mayo bowl and underplate with ornate enameled roses on green decoration with gold accents. Craig Schenning posted that the decoration was done in Dunkirk.
This mayo bowl is 7 1/8" wide, 3" tall, and foot is 3" wide. It is from a two part mold. The liner is 8 3/4" wide with a 5" polished bottom. See Indiana #12 Candlestick with same decoration
