The Imperial 728A is a common Imperial blank and was used for many patterns. The only example I have in my collection is this 7287A/3 bowl.
The pattern may be in the Imperial Glass Encyclopedia. There are several examples in that reference. These patterns usually include the 725 Line in addition to the 728 Line.
