4" tall, 37/8 Base. Has raised "Pat. 366201 Pend." on edge of lid. Missing Insert.
Per Darlene Simpson: It's in Florence's Kitchen Book (6th Ed.-pg. 63) but no maker given. It is a Coffee dripolator and should have a clear insert between the pot and the lid for the grounds to go in. BV $20-$25 in 2001.
