This eight sided tray has an almost round loop handle which is 6 sided. There is a a small middle indentation on the bottom of the base of the plate very similar to Duncan Miller's #103 handle but the stem of the handle on this server is smooth instead of having the notch cut out at the base of the handle.
The measurements are: plate 10 1/2"; foot on bottom 3 1/2" with small indentation in center; collar 3 3/4"; shaft is 9/16" & 6 sided with ring ; the handle is 2 5/8" wide by 4 1/4" tall. The plate has a gold etched border with a wheel cut design.
