Per Tom Felt: This looks like the candlestick that "Great American Glass from the Roaring 20s and the Depression Era" by Measell and Wiggins Book1, p. 104, identifies as Lancaster. Felt & Stoer were unable to corroborate this, but accepted it as likely in our book because Lancaster did so many pieces with this kind of applied yellow color.
