Heisey Empress #1401 produced 1930-1938. A major tableware line which was widely used for Heisey etchings and cuttings. Originally called "Lilies of France" it can be identified by its embossed fan and series of beads. Made in Crystal, Moongleam, Flamingo, Sahara, Alexandrite, Tangerine, and Cobalt. A wide range of shapes, with several pieces made in both square and circular design. A dolphin finial on the covered lemon, Lion head bowl, Lion claw footed candlestick, and a number of items with dolphin head feet all combine to make this a very unique pattern. Most of the items are marked with the "Diamond H" On dolphin footed items, look carefully on the inside leg.
