TE54 or TE 53 lamp depending on the height. The TE 50 is listed in Westmoreland Glass The Popular Years by Kovar p. 185.
According to Tom Felt, "the shade appears identical to one made by L. E. Smith in the 1940s. This could mean one of (at least) two things: Either Smith or Westmoreland copied one another -- or, more likely, your lamp was put together by a lamp company using parts from both Smith and Westmoreland. Since Lorraine's book shows only the lamp base, I'm inclined to suspect the latter."
