Unknown Cut Sherbet
5.25 in. tall; bowl is 3.75 in. diameter.

The cutting on the bowl is elaborate, with vees, swags, leaves and flowers (daisies?).

The stem is elaborately cut with a hexagonal disc anchoring it to the bowl, three hexagonal discs with tiny punties, five simple discs, and a honeycomb bulb at the bottom, attached to the base by another simple disc. The base itself has cut leaves.

This looks like Libbey Rock Sharpe.
