From Betty Newbound's book, The Glass Collector's Almanac, 1987, she writes:
"Houze Glass Co. Point Marion, PA. Still in business as of 1976. Made glass, slagged, resembling Akro Agate. Also made the glass parts for Vidrio Products Company, which was an electrical company making mixers, etc. Houze made glass, marked with Vidrio logo. all types of glass from plate to tableware." |
