Server has an unknown gold etched band. Plate is 10 1/2" wide, collar 2 7/8", handle shaft is six sided 11/16" with no ring. The handle is 3 1/2" tall when measured from top of collar by 2 5/16 wide. Gold border is 1" wide. Owner thinks the tray is Central with a Lotus decoration.NK
