Bartlett-Collins # 92 Sugar
Bartlett-Collins #92 named "Twitch" Weatherman's "Colored Glass of the Depression Era 2," page 92 shows the sugar and creamer. This book indicates that the pattern came in green, but no other colors. The 1982 Supplement added that Twitch also came in all-over enamel colors of green, blue, red and yellow.

The enamel sugar and creamer also came in a gray-blue color which does not appear in the linked advertisement. Even though Weatherman named the set Twitch, the collector name of Ellipse appears to be most often used when referring to this sugar and creamer.

Both items are 3" tall and 4 3/4" from handle tip to handle tip.
