Bartlett-Collins Puritan Sugar
This sugar is pictured on Weatherman's "Colored Glass of the Depression Era" page 29. It's a big one. Sugar is 3 7/8" tall and 4 5/8" across the bowl at the widest point. The panels are on the exterior and the interior is smooth. The lid also has exterior panels and it is almost round, but actually has a very slight scallop shape.

Here's this set from the 1938 Catalog Page http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=9359
