Cambridge # 8 Mt. Vernon Cream & Sugar
Cambridge #8 Mt. Vernon creamer and sugar in Crystal.

Crystal, Milk and Amber are the easiest colors to find in the Mount Vernon line. Other colors include: Royal Blue, Carmen, Dark Emerald, Heatherbloom and Violet (rare). But not all pieces in the line were made in all colors.

Cambridge made a precursor pattern in the 1920s called Old English Stratford (aka Stratford, aka Early American Glassware Mount Vernon Pattern.) Many of the pieces also appear in the later Mount Vernon pattern, but the diamonds got smaller and more colors were used.
