This sailboat rocker blotter is identified as Houze in Don Thompson's Houze CD:
"To this point this author has discovered only four designs made by the company, those being the Scottie (#102) in Nile green, the donkey or pony (#111) in canary yellow, the elephant (#120) in jet black, and the sailboat (#204) in cobalt blue."
