Westmoreland #1207 Cream & Sugar w/ Silver Overlay
This set is shown in "A Collector's Guide to Black Glass 1" by Marlena Toohey, page 20, item 37A &37B and listed on page 12 as," Probably Westmoreland Glass Company's # 1207, mid 1920s with unidentified silver deposit decoration." The set is also shown in"Westmoreland Glass" by Wilson on page 237.

The pieces have optic panels on the inside running from the top to the bottom as well as a "round pressed star; circumferential groove just above the bottom."

One of our cream & sugar collectors thinks this set could be Paden City, but to date there is no documentation for that identification.
