Purple basket is 6" high to top of handle, by 7 1/2" long, by 6" wide. Glass has a block pattern. The star pattern design is unique to other Diamond Glass-Ware Co. product lines, particularly the No. 1253 line. This design will appear in table sets, plates, baskets, and possibly vases.
The squared shouldered marie coupled with a faint "wrinkled" finish on the base is another feature to be found on many pieces from Indiana, PA.
