This tray has been attributed to the Jeannette Cube pattern for many years. See this 1959 Sears advertisement for Jeannette that shows a gold-bordered crystal cream, sugar, and tray. http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=20672
This ad contradicts the assertion that the crystal cream and sugars and tray found in this pattern are Hazel-Atlas instead of Jeannette.
In addition the tray has been found with a flash treatment and matching Hazel Atlas cream and sugars with the same flash treatment. The cube pattern cream and sugars have been found in crystal, pink, yellow,white milk glass, amber, blue and blue milk glass.
An amber cream and sugar has been found in a Hazel Ware box and we have a Hazel Atlas ad in the gallery which shows a white milk glass set in this pattern.
