Holder is 4 inches across the base, 2 inches tall, and you can see purple when held to light.
Identified as Paden City with an unknown line number on pg. 132 of the Glass Candlestick Book Vol. 2. The book says only known in crystal however other colors possible , and the measurements are very close. The raised ring at the base of the stem and the rim around the foot are the most noticable features. This candlestick has been found with the Pam's Floral etch.
