Paden City has a similar candleholder. The PC holder has a flatter base and books list it as 3 1/4 inches wide while this candleholder is 3 15/16 wide.
The base is slightly domed. They measure at 2 1/2" tall and 3 15/16" across the base. They are a 2 part mold and about 2 1/8" across the top. According to Tom Felt, they are most likely Paden Cityfrom an unknown line.
