This bowl was made in various sizes. This one It measures 6 1/4" w x 4 1/8" h; the circle on the bottom is smooth.See for example Weatherman's "Colored Glass of the Depression Era 2," p.120. In his "Kitchenware" book 5th ed. p. 56, 59, Florence calls the 6 1/4 in. one a "crock." Hocking made similar bowls.
