This lamp shade has been repaired and is shorter than the 10 in. shown in the 1940 catalog. The repair job is easy to spot on this shade. If you look close, you can see that the Wildflower etch extends up to the very edge of the top of the shade. There should always be a small area directly below the rim of an item that is not etched. If the etch extends up to the rim, then the item has been repaired.
