Indiana # 619 Custard
This pattern is sometimes also called " Flower and Leaf Band". It was produced in 2 colors, the ivory/custard during the 1930's and white/milk during the 1950's.

The creamer and sugar with lid are pictured. It can be found in the following pieces.
