This is a salver in Indiana's # 07 or Double Fleur de Lis pattern. It has a high foot and is Shape D according to the company. The diameter is 14 in. tip to tip. This decoration is believed to an Indiana decoration because it has only been found on other pieces made by Indiana Glass.
