Handle to handle the bowl measures 8-1/2 in. The outside and inside are covered in gold and inside is etched. The base is ground and finished. Chippendale-style handles look like Co-Operative Flint or Westmoreland, but I have found no bowl of this particular shape. (Notice the upward curve on the rim in the first photo.)
