The pattern is unknown. The optic matches Bryce Block Optic as shown on replacements.com. Identification of these stems is tentative and based on green bi-color or crystal stems found with a single spiral wafer and the "Paige" etch that has been found only on Bryce stems. Neither the single spiral wafer, nor the double one has been found in any documentation so far.
