Unknown Opalescent Toothpick / Vase
This toothpick is a look-alike for the Fry Foval toothpick with Delft handles. Possibly by Portieux, which did a lot of blue trim with some of their opalescent pieces. The Fry Society confirmed that it is probably French and definitely not Fry Foval.

It is exactly 2-1/2" tall, top diameter 1-13/16" with a bottom diameter of 2". Since it has a polished pontil and hot worked top crimps that are not perfectly exact, it's obviously free blown so dimensions could vary.
