The glass is probably Czech. The metal heads were probably made in various countries. The hinge on the goose head is marked Austria; the duck isn't marked.
The duck cordial decanter measures 8-1/4" beak to tail. It is 5-1/2" to top of head. It has exterior optics on the body, clear double wing handles, and a clear polished base.
The goose decanter is 11-1/2" tall; its body width is 7-1/2" from polished tail to front of breast. It has exterior optics where the neck joins the body, and the base is ground and polished.
Decanters like these were made in the 30s & again in the 50s. They have been seen in green, amber, crystal and cranberry. Other colors seen recently: "Pink" and crystal; the crystal version did not appear to have ground / polished base.
