Ruby shaker has recipes for cocktail imprinted in white. Looks like the strainer is silver plate while the top is chrome. BOTTOM diameter of 3-3/4". Circumference is right at 12" . 10-1/2" to the top of the chrome lip. The fraction following the 10 in the height diagram is a single digit over a double digit. So no taller than 10 - 9/16. There is no way of knowing if the reference is with or without the chrome piece around the neck. 52 ounces plum full to heaping. The shaker's dimensions are close to those measured off a drawing of a ruby "Thirst Extinguisher" in Domitz, Encyclopedia of Paden City Glass, p. 333. The photograph of this item shows different words on the shaker. A Paden City expert member on the Forum did not think there was sufficient documentation to identify Paden City as the maker of this shaker.
