The decanter looks very much like the New Martinsville #606 decanter except for the raised pattern and the handle design. The mug looks like the #37 "Moondrops" with a floral pattern. No documentation has been found for this design, but it has been seen in ruby, amber and light blue. (The latter color suggests production in the Viking era.)
