Unknown Cream and Sugar with Tray
This set appears to match a Paden City #503 Creamer & Sugar and the #499 tray according to the Domitz' book. The matching cutting is shown on a syrup and marmalade plate on pgs. 350 & 351
of this same book. Due to a lack of details such as measurements, and the similarity of this pattern to patterns by Bartlett-Collins and Imperial, it is not possible to give a definite attribution to this set.

The following information was here prior to this discussion on 2/01/08:

Paden City has a similar tray but it is listed in their catalogues as 10 inches long and the catalogue page does not show the small raised base that shows through on the pictured tray. Bill Walker, co author of "Paden City Glass Company" has said that this is not the Paden City tray.

The cream and sugar bowl have the same shape as Imperial's #313 Twisted Optic but I can't find any reference to this line being made without the optic. The cutting is a fuchsia flower and is found on all three pieces. The tray is 9-1/2 inches long and 4-7/8 inches wide. The tray has a ridge on the bottom that goes all the way around the tray. None of the pieces have a ground bottom.
