This is a #1626 Satellite 8" vase with straight sides.
Two Heisey patterns have items in common. If the piece is crystal, it is #1626 Satellite shown above. If it is in Dawn (smoky gray), it is #1632 Lodestar shown here: http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=19254 Both names were assigned by the Heisey Company. The distinctive feature of these patterns is the five point star-shaped bottom.
