Utility Mandalay Dine and Cambodia Ware Bi-Color Stems
Utility made two very similar stem lines. The difference between the two is the shape of a vertical cross-section of glass between each pair of ribs. On Cambodia Ware, the glass is more or less uniformly rounded. On Mandalay Dine, the glass is more or less straight or linear with a distinct / sharp shoulder at the bottom.

The two stems on the left are Mandalay Dine and the one on the right is Cambodia Ware
