The line was introduced in 1929 under the Martele name. The name Vine and the line #700 were added later. The vase has a color wash - the one shown is a pale green. Can be found with many other color combinations.
The shape of the base appears to be unique to this line, none of the other Consolidated fan vases have anything like it.
