Cutting is shown on a cocktail shaker and tumbler. A set of these tumblers was sold on Ebay recently that had the original documentation for the cutting and attributed them to the Sickles Glass Cutting Company.
Lid is marked Derby, which is probably the Derby Shelton Company, a metal parts manufacturer that made cocktail shaker lids for several different companies.
